The Association for Distance Education and Independent Learning (ADEIL)
recognizes excellence in distance education and independent learning. Nominate
a course or a person for one of the following awards that will be presented at our
annual fall conference: The deadline for the 2010 awards is September 1, 2010.
 

Individual Awards:

• Course Developer Award
• Dale Huffington Leadership Award
• Roger G. Young Professional Achievement Award
• Student Services Award
• Von V. Pittman Excellence in Research Award

Course Awards:

• Helen Williams Award (college level courses)
• Monty McMahon Award (pre-collegiate level courses)
  

To nominate a course or person for one of the awards, you must be a current (paid
up) ADEIL member (formerly AACIS). Read the criteria and submission requirements
for each award on the ADEIL Awards Page. Winners will be announced at the first ADEIL
conference, November 11-13, 2010, in Oxford, Mississippi.
